Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations We ship to Ireland, the European Union, and internationally. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Ireland: 2–4 business days
- European Union: 3–7 business days
- International (outside EU): 7–14 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — any applicable offers will be displayed at checkout.
Customs & Import Duties For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for more information.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
